🗓️Dates: March 2024 ⏳Time at destination: 3.5 days 💸Total Expenses: 👭 Not a Solo Trip
My brother told me a few weeks ago “I would love to do work in a place with nice views”. This sparked the idea of starting a new yearly travel tradition: a productivity trip 🤓.
The ideal destination would have been some secluded place with mountains and good Wi-fi. However, such trip would require at least a week and that did not meet our urgent need to get work done. My brother recently got his Real Estate License and needed in-depth training to get started working with me. We plan to create, build, and grow a Real Estate Sales team to help others with their dreams of homeownership.
My vision for this trip was to run a trial bootcamp-style Real Estate crash course covering everything from rentals, the buying process, the selling process, the NJ markets, marketing, etc. In fact, this is one of my long term C-Type Goals ( as Bob Proctor would call it), a life goal, a mission to fulfill my life.
My natural explorer side wondered if I would be able to get work done inside a hostel knowing that there was a world to explore out there, foods to try, and people to meet. I had to balance work and exploration and I think it turned out pretty good. It’s just the start of a new travel tradition for us, it will just get better from here…
